I want to remind everyone that daylight savings starts this weekend. With that comes longer days and hopefully a little sunshine. Which makes me think of our Sunshine Salad. A little ray of happiness with a citrus twist. This is the best time of year! With all the rain we've had it should be a very green spring and hopefully summer. So . . . change your clocks after you hang with us this weekend.

So I sat watching the Olympics last night and thought I wish I could be there. The beautiful northwest was calling my name. I guess watching it on TV with your favorite friends at your favorite local grill & pub is the next best thing.
I like to watch without the commentary because I swear the commentators mess up the athletes by jinxing them. They'll say, "She's had trouble with this land...
